We ask that you pick up any toys, clothing or other items on the floors and counters before we arrive. Also please find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.
No. We arrive with everything we need. If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, please let us know and leave them out where our cleaners can see them.
We cannot guarantee our exact time of arrival, but instead we'll give you an arrival time frame of three hours. This is necessary because each house deserves the best, and may cause us to run a little behind.
We ask that you notify us within 2 days prior to your scheduled cleaning. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide an 8 hour notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.
No, you do not need to be home while we clean. If you do not plan to be at the home when cleaners arrive, please make sure you let us know how to enter the home and let us know how you would like us to lock your door.
Yes, we are fully insured. If damage occurs while cleaning your home, we'll do our best to repair or replace the item. A claim can also be filed if needed.
That's completely up to you! We offer services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We work around your schedule and clean as often as you need. There are no contracts so you can change your mind anytime to a different frequency or type of service.
